FashionjewelleryWholesaler.com is India's dedicated B2B destination for fashion jewellery. We are a manufacturing-first company built exclusively for retailers, wholesalers, and resellers.

How do I become eligible for wholesale pricing?

Any retailer / wholesale buyer who can depict a reselling business channel is eligible for wholesale pricing. We do not process orders of unknown or retail customers on this website. In fact, we have barred all search engines such as google, bing, yahoo from crawling our website, so that retail customers don't land up on our site and it remains purely for B2B clients.

Are you a manufacturer?

All our designs are 100% original designs, designed by us. We follow latest trends and manufacture all our products in house and guarantee quality of highest standards which you can trust.

Where are you located? Do you have a store?

We are happy to host you at our factory by prior appointment in Rajkot, Gujarat. We can also video-call and show you all your chosen items that you have selected on the website, to boost your confidence.

Since most of our buyers are digital sellers, we click professional images / videos and try to bring you as close as possible to the touch and feel experience of a store.

Is there any minimum order quantity or minimum order value?

Minimum order quantity for most items is 50 pieces. In very few cases we are compelled to have higher MOQ due to practical constraints.

Minimum Order Value is Rs 10,000/-

Note: These requirements differ from our general MOQ policy mentioned elsewhere. For clarification, please contact our sales team.

I am a start up. I want to try out with few samples, hence cannot order worth Rs 10,000

We will fulfill such requests at Retail Price i.e. 3X of the displayed wholesale price.

What are your minimum order requirements?

  • Minimum Order Value: ₹10,000 per order
  • Minimum Quantity: 50 pieces per design
  • MOQ applies per design selection
What is the estimated delivery schedule?

Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day from our centralized fulfilment centre in Rajkot, Gujarat.

While 90% of our range is ready for dispatch, certain products may need to be custom-made or arranged from our partners and may need 3 to 5 working days. We mention the "Dispatch Time" on each product listing page, below the SKU Code, so that you can plan accordingly.

Delivery timelines:

  • Tier 1 cities: 1-3 days from dispatch
  • Tier 2 cities: 3-5 days from dispatch
  • Tier 3 cities: 4-7 days from dispatch

Once dispatched, we will share the tracking number with you on WhatsApp. In case you do not receive your order beyond the estimated date, please WhatsApp us on +91 9265293092 and we will help you.

Which couriers do you use?

We work with all couriers available on Shiprocket panel, namely:

  • Delhivery
  • Expressbees
  • Ecom-express
  • E-Kart

We use AIR mode by default to ensure you receive your package faster.

Do you drop-ship to my customer in white-labelled condition?

Not at the moment.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once your order is confirmed, we manufacture, pack, and ship directly to your location.

How often do you launch new designs? Updated Monthly

We launch 500+ fresh designs every month, keeping your inventory aligned with fast-changing fashion trends.

What is the payment mode?

You may pay via:

  • UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)
  • Bank transfer

For this, you must choose "Bank Deposit" as the method of payment at checkout, and submit the order (you don't need pay at this moment). Upon submission, we will pick the items and contact you for payment.

Note: We do not do COD (Cash on Delivery).

Will I Get A GST Invoice?

Yes, we will issue a GST invoice on your GST number / firm name. Please select "Add GST" option at checkout (it appears just above the payment mode tab).

Can I Use Your Images To Post On My Page?

Yes, we create professional images and videos so that it's easy for you to sell our products faster. You can post our images, however we may object to their usage, only and only when we find that your purchases from us aren't in synch with your usage of our images.

However, a small fee is charged for such digital images and videos.

What If Some Of The Products Are Missing From The Parcel I Receive?

We will send you images of the products we are dispatching before accepting payment from you. Hence we would simply go by our images as evidence.

Yet in case you want to be very cautious you may create an end to end unboxing video and share with us, in case of any discrepancy. All our stock is inventoried and we will try to track back and come to a fair resolution.

We dispatch all our parcels in tamper-evident polybags. Please check the condition of the parcel before accepting it from the courier person. Please refuse to accept in case the parcel appears to be tampered.

What If Any Product Is Received In Defective Condition?

We check all our products before dispatch. We expect you to check all items and inform us with evidence, within 24 hours of receiving the products, in case any item is defective. We will not be able to entertain any such complaints beyond 24 hours.

Depending on the supporting pictures or videos you provide us, and their validation by our quality check personnel, we will provide you with one of the below solutions:

  • We will request you to return the item to us (at your expense), we will repair and return to you (at our own expense).
  • We will send you the missing stone or part and you may fix it at your end. (we will bear the courier expense)
  • We will send you a free replacement or else issue a credit note.

We definitely intend to work together for long term. However, our decision in this regard shall be final.

The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

We can surely refund you or replace the product in case of any faulty products at our end, which is very unlikely – as we do strong and strict Quality checks before dispatching.

Will You Exchange Some Of The Products I Buy?

All sales are deemed to be final. No exchange or refund is possible.

Do you restock items that sell out?

Yes we restock items, since most of our clients are online sellers and expect us to replenish styles that sell out.

Is the website price final? Are there further discounts?

We Don't Fear Transparency, hence we have our prices mentioned upfront on the website. There is no code or discount system.

Prices on Website are the final wholesale rates. 3% GST and courier charges are levied additionally.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We are a B2B platform, not D2C. Hence, we do not provide Cash on Delivery. All dispatches are processed only after 100% payment has been completed.
